What we do
Dedicated finance staff for your practice.
Hire Filipino professionals for bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable. You direct their day-to-day work. WorkAid handles recruitment, employment and people management, with CPA-led quality reviews.
Employee setup, timesheets, pay runs, leave, deductions and terminations. PAYG withholding, superannuation, payroll reconciliations, STP preparation and BAS or IAS preparation for onshore review.
Directed and supervised by your registered tax or BAS agent, who approves technical judgments and lodges. No award interpretation or employment-law advice.
Payables: supplier invoice capture and coding, approval routing, payment batch preparation, supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution. Receivables: customer invoicing and statements, receipt allocation, collections follow-up on an agreed cadence and dispute logging. Aged payables and receivables reporting on both.
One seat covers both sides of the ledger. Payments are never released without your approval, and preparation and release stay with separate people. No debt recovery, legal action, credit decisions or settlements without instruction.
